My mother is an artist, a painter, a designer, and a teacher. I grew up listening to her bedtime stories, a new one each day, her love for colors, understanding abstract art, and learning all about her “Method to Madness”.
That’s why I’ve always had the desire to tell stories, curate experiences, and find creative solutions. Design was always all around me - in my dreams, in my books, in the content I consumed, in the colors I loved.
Someone once asked me -
“What do you like about design?”,
to which I had a simple answer -
“A circle can become anything because of design. It can be the earth, it can be the end of a sentence, it can be the circle of life, a plate of food, a ball, or a bindi. Anything.”
